The Hilton is in a great location and within walking distance to all that Albany has to offer. The beds are really comfortable. There is breakfast for an additional cost and worth the convenience. There is a large variety, and it's all delicious. Plus, the eggs are real, not powder! The hotel restaurant for dinner has a limited menu because there are a few decent restaurants near the hotel. There is a Starbucks in the hotel for a quick bite if you're in a hurry. More than anything, it's the staff that makes the stay amazing. They are all friendly, kind, and professional. P.S. bring your swimsuit because the pool is gorgeous!

Great location to the concert we were going too. The hotel was very nice. The beds were a little firm but not uncomfortable at all which was nice. Breakfast was really good with a nice selection of stuff to choose from

The location of the hotel was prime. It was within walking distance to the MVP Arena, which was the main reason for the stay.

Amazing location to take the bar exam. Alicia and Yolanda (from the executive lounge) were super friendly and attentive! Laura from houskeeping was also super nice and helpful. They made the stay more pleasant.

Room was clean, spacious, modern and delightful. Location was perfect - near the capitol complex, parking was adjacent & well labeled. Bed was great! Bath was great. Enjoyed to pool

We stayed there for one night for the attorney swearing-in ceremony and it was perfect for that purpose. A shuffle from and to the train station is available at all time which was very convenient. There is diner and breakfast available, and the convention center is at a walkable distance (or the driver can take you there). The rooms are also spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need on the morning of.

This was my first visit to the Hilton Albany. It is centrally located with on-site parking. The front desk staff was extremely personable and exceptionally accommodating. My room was immaculate. I intend to make this my "go to" hotel for my future and frequent visits to Albany.

Because it is a fairly new hotel the entire facility was immaculate, I hope it remains so. Staff were very friendly and professional and check-in and breakfast were perfect.

Comfortable bed. Bathroom was a bit small. During check in, the AC in the lobby was not working - it was difficult for the patrons, and I'm sure that it was HORRIBLE for the staff. The internet was rather slow. The staff was EXCELLENT.
